Additionally, you can write to us for all product-related assistance and information on Our dedicated email support team stays on top of all the queries and sends out the first response of every email within 2 hours. After thoroughly analysing and investigating the issue, it is resolved the same day. All queries received before 05:00 pm are resolved on the same day. However, if any query is escalated to the technical team, it is resolved within 48 hours.


We provide online training as per the pre-defined agenda. Our experts conduct online training to explain the nitty-gritty of various features and their usage. The Relationship and CEG teams take care of both online and offline training sessions.

Our support cell offers complete support of all the tickets received. Every ticket has a unique ticket ID that helps to maintain transparency in every step. The account manager tracks the timely resolution of any query on his/her account.

Implementation and Training

On-site related tasks like training and implementation process are handled by the Relationship and CEG teams. The implementation team garners the information from the school for streamlined configuration of the software. It takes 3 working days to configure the software. The implementation of the software includes data migration, segregation of student and staff data, defining the fee, exam and other important structures.

We believe that comprehensive training is essential to make the most of the software. To educate and provide hands-on training to all the stakeholders, we provide a 5-day training session based on a predefined agenda. Usually, the technical staff or the computer department staff is trained first for hands-on experience. Certificates are also given for successful completion of the training.
